About the Role We're looking for a passionate Team Leader to manage a Community Access Service in St Ives. You'll lead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person-centered support. Our Community Access Services empower individuals to live independently and actively participate in their communities by supporting them to pursue goals and lifestyles that reflect their aspirations. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the day-to-day operations on the site. Ensuring the site is safe, welcoming, and compliant. Leading the development and review of person-centered support plan Ensuring documentation is accurate and aligned with policy and system requirements. Supporting clients during NDIS planning and review meetings Participating in behaviour support planning and restrictive practices where required Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance and engagement. Coordinating rosters, leave and recruitment with HR and Scheduling teams. Who We're Looking For 2-3 years leadership experience in the disability sector Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient Excellent organisational, communication and coaching skills Hold a valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles.
