In this role, you'll help Supported Employees build skills, create opportunities and achieve their goals. The responsibilities of the position include: Team & Client Support - Plan daily tasks, involve Supported Employees in skill building, guide Direct Support Professionals and oversea client goals and progress Quality and Productivity - Supervise and support staff to ensure quality of work, enhance productivity and maintain reporting (support notes, incident reports and wage assessments Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with external stakeholders for behaviour support planning and maintain effective communication Logistics and Inventory - Manage receiving, checking, storing and dispatching good; maintain accurate stock records and update systems Warehousing & Safety - Ensure correct stock storage, maintain cleanliness, follow health and safety standards, manage waste properly and inspect/maintain equipment.
