About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the installation and removal of modular buildings on-site. This role is ideal for a seasoned tradesperson with strong site supervision experience who can work independently and confidently with limited on-site support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safety, quality, and project timelines are met. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate modular building installation and removal activities on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and timelines. Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks. Facilitate daily toolbox talks and weekly site meetings. Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress tracking. Oversee contract and subcontractor performance and compliance. About You: Proven experience in site supervision within construction or related fields. Strong understanding of WHS regulations and site safety practices. Excellent communication skills Ability to provide site supervision across more than one project site of varying size. Proven ability to work independently and make decisions confidently in a regionally supported environment. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Competency in site reporting and documentation. Relevant trade qualifications or building/construction certifications (preferred). White Card and other relevant site access credentials (essential).
