What You’ll Be Doing: Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and compliance with care and efficiency. Managing lease renewals, arrears, and routine inspections with confidence and attention to detail. Handling final inspections and representing landlords at NCAT when required. Working closely with a knowledgeable and approachable Department Head who’s here to support you. Enjoying a manageable portfolio with no trust accounting or invoicing required. What We’re Looking For: A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License. At least 3 years of residential property management experience—local area knowledge is a plus. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and the confidence to liaise with a diverse range of clients. A proactive, organised approach with a sharp eye for detail. A people-first attitude with a genuine passion for property. A team player who thrives in a supportive, professional environment.
