ConsultANZ is seeking a Project Engineer – Pavements/Drainage to join a large-scale, technically challenging infrastructure project in New Zealand. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of drainage, pavement, and fencing scopes, ensuring works are completed in line with the programme, budget, and quality standards as part of a nationally significant build. Main Duties: Lead the engineering delivery of drainage, pavements, and fencing works. Ensure survey set-out and as-builts are in place to drive the programme and manage quality reporting. Develop work plans, JSEAs, and cost reports. Ensure compliance with consent conditions and safety standards. Work closely with subcontractors and track short-term lookaheads. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 8 years’ experience in drainage, pavements, or roadworks. Strong capabilities in planning, QA, environmental compliance, and subcontractor coordination. Familiarity with construction survey and budget control processes.
