Fun Marketing Manager role for this Cool B2C Brand Strategic & hands on role Lead & Manage the entire brand strategy for ANZ | Brand tone, voice & storytelling Great culture & WFH Flex | $170,000 Bonus | Own the entire brand layer across Australia About the role Reporting to the inspirational Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Manager – Brand & Creative is the guardian of this Cool B2C Brand's brand voice, creative tone, and storytelling across Australia. You’ll lead the development of brand campaigns, oversee creative asset production, and ensure their brand shows up with a bold, culturally resonant identity across all platforms. This role owns the brand layer – from tone of voice and campaign messaging to visual identity and influencer storytelling. You’re strategic, imaginative, and deeply tuned into culture, Gen Z, and what makes brands loved. The responsibilities Lead creative development and storytelling across seasonal and hero brand campaigns Write or co-develop creative briefs with agency partners and internal stakeholders Manage creative agency relationships – from concept through to final delivery Own the brand tone , visual guidelines, and messaging playbooks Work with the Content & Social team to ensure storytelling is aligned across channels Drive influencer, talent, and creator campaigns with PR and social agencies Monitor brand health , creative effectiveness, engagement, and audience sentiment Identify emerging trends, talent, and cultural hooks to keep the brand relevant Own campaign messaging, headlines, copy and brand personality across assets Support internal brand education and alignment through toolkits and workshops What you need to be successful A delicious attitude and hungry mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key business and brand objectives A proven track record as a highly successful Marketing Manager/Senior Brand Manager looking for a tasty new challenge (QSR/FMCG/youth brands preferred) Strong creative eye and experience briefing, reviewing, and shaping creative work Proven ability to build and maintain brand tone and messaging consistency Experience with influencer marketing, branded content, or cultural activations Excellent copywriting, editing, and campaign messaging development skills Deep understanding of how to build brand love and resonance Insight-led, culturally aware, and passionate about building distinctive brand platforms Benefits Great salary and benefits | $150-000 - 170,000 inc super Bonus great benefit and an amazing culture Opportunity to shape their marketing strategy and make a significant brand and company wide impact A supportive, fun and collaborative working environment About the company My client is one of the world's coolest brands in their space and as they expand into the Australian market they are looking to bring an experienced Marketing Manager into their team.
