Reporting into the Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative apparel collections that resonate with the target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring your creative ideas to life, ensuring that the products meet market trends and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop unique graphic designs for childrens and adult apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, sleep and activewear. Research market trends and analyse customer feedback to create appealing and relevant designs. Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities. Create tech packs and detailed specifications for each design. Work closely with marketing to develop promotional materials and visual content. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new collections. You are/Will have: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design or a related field. Proven experience in apparel design, preferably in both kids and adult fashion. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and previous apparel work. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A passion for fashion and understanding of current trends in the apparel industry.
