Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Tennis Coach to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting group and private coaching sessions, managing junior development programs, and supporting competitive and social tennis activities across our venues. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured tennis coaching sessions to juniors and adults at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels Plan and run squad training, school holiday programs, and private lessons Provide tactical and technical coaching advice to assist players in match preparation Assist in organising and managing competitions, tournaments, and events Promote participation and retention through engaging and motivating sessions Maintain accurate records of player development and attendance Ensure coaching programs comply with Tennis Australia standards and policies Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience as a Tennis Coach Recognised coaching qualification (e.g., Tennis Australia Coach Member, ITF Level 1 or higher) Demonstrated experience coaching players of all ages and abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain) First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain) Desirable: Previous experience coaching within a club or academy setting Proven player development outcomes Knowledge of tennis program management and promotion Benefits: Competitive salary and incentives Professional development opportunities Supportive and inclusive team environment Access to high-quality facilities and coaching resources
