About our Opportunity The Timber Category Manager will lead the optimisation of VENTORA's timber procurement strategy and supply chain across all Australasian operations with 22 of our manufacturing sites consuming timber, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact to VENTORA's success. This strategic position oversees sourcing, negotiation and supplier relationship management for timber and timber-related products, ensuring we are in line with market trends, quality, cost-effectiveness, sustainable supply, operational demands, customer needs and evolving compliance requirements. Success in this role will be measured by driving continuous improvement, cost optimisation and the reliable availability of timber inputs for VENTORA's manufacturing and sales functions. The role can be based at any of our sites located in Girraween, Macquarie Park or St Marys, NSW, Dandenong South or Rowville, VIC or Staplyton, QLD. About You We are looking for expertise in Timber category with understanding of timber markets, global supply trends and compliance requirements with strong analytical capability and commercial acumen. Naturally a people person with the ability to influence, your strengths will be your high level of communication skills as a collaborative leader.
