About the Role We are seeking a Senior Consultant – PMO & Transformation Delivery for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Perth, Australia. This role sits within our Transformation Delivery team and supports a large-scale managed service program for a leading Western Australian client. You will play a key role in project governance, delivery tracking, and stakeholder engagement across a complex program environment. Your Opportunity As a Senior Consultant, you will apply your experience in project, program, or portfolio management to deliver outcomes for a high-impact transformation initiative. You will: Support the establishment and maintenance of PMO governance processes. Take ownership of small to medium-sized work packages. Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development. Manage key project documentation and reporting. Assist with stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. Your Experience To be successful in this role, you will bring: 2–3 years’ experience in project delivery or PMO roles. Proficiency with project management tools, especially JIRA. Experience managing and tracking large volumes of deliverables (e.g., 1200 assets). Background in transformation or business improvement projects (non-construction). Strong teamwork skills and ability to work within large programs (50–60 people). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Experience in a client-facing consulting role. Exposure to multiple market sectors. Certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK, MSP, or MoP. Membership or certification with AIPM or PMI. Experience in scheduling, risk management, change management, and scope control. Willingness to support business development initiatives. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, project management, or similar disciplines. Graduate qualifications in project or program management are advantageous. Professional certifications in recognised methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK) are highly valued, especially within consulting environments.
