We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic retail superstar to work as an Assistant Retail Manager for our vibrant Tuggeranong store. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the retail operations alongside the Retail Manager. This is a multifaceted and diverse role where you will coordinate and motivate a team of employees and dedicated volunteers whilst ensuring our customers and supporters receive an exceptional and unique retail experience and manage the logistical operations in relation to the volume of donations. This is a full-time permanent role, and the standard roster will be 8.00am to 4.00pm (Tuesday to Friday) and 8:45am to 5:15pm (Saturday). The Assistant Retail Manager will be required to work as shift manager on Saturdays. During our busy periods including Christmas and New Year, manual handling may be a focus as needed. About You We are seeking applicants with previous experience in customer service or retail and an eye for sustainable fashion and repurposing with purpose – ensuring our customers receive a personalised shopping experience and find their next hidden treasure.
