We are on the search for a Systems Trainer to join our parts team in Mackay based in our Paget location. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role supporting the existing operational systems and playing a key role in the establishment of our new Parts Fulfilment Centre which will be operational in 2026. As a Systems Trainer at Hastings Deering, you will: Design and deliver engaging training modules for all Operating Systems and Warehouse technology. Work closely with subject matter experts, super users, external vendors and project teams to identify training needs. Engage with the leadership team to identify training needs and competencies for our front-line leaders, supervisors and managers Create user-focused onboarding and training content and material that increases the overall capacity of the parts team. Facilitate and deliver training programs. Develop a training framework and matrix for the parts and fulfillment centre. Ensure training records are accurately maintained and aligned with compliance standards. Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs through feedback and reporting. About You A successful teammate will have experience in: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment 3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or L&D environments. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems. Experience in a fast-paced, operational or project-driven environment.
