What you’ll do Lead and deliver the facilities management program across our property portfolio, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and safety. Drive supplier relationship management with the Outsourced Service Provider, focusing on innovation, performance, and value delivery. Develop and implement transformative category strategies for property-related procurement, targeting 100% of addressable spend. Oversee leasing and subleasing activities, ensuring optimal terms and collaboration with legal and finance teams. Lead and support a team of direct reports, fostering collaboration, driving performance, and ensuring consistent service delivery across locations. What you’ll bring Proven experience in property maintenance, compliance, and commercial leasing practices. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and juggle competing priorities. Advanced project management capabilities and a track record of delivering complex property initiatives. Expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and risk mitigation strategies.
