As a key member of our Care Services team, you will play a hands-on role supporting participants in our SIL Accommodation homes, delivering in-home care services and providing community access support The successful candidates will possess the experience to work with individuals with complex care needs. Local applicants are preferred. Key Duties Include: Medication administration Home Based Daily Living Support Taking participants for appointments and other community participation Behaviour observation and support Meal preparation and shopping assistance Maintaining a record of participant progress Assessing participants to determine continuing needs Assistance in building participant self-image and self-confidence Manual Handling of participants Availability to cover a range of shifts including sleepovers and weekends Some participants require 24-hour care so a variety of shifts will be available. Skills And Experiences Who We're Looking For We are seeking experienced, capable support workers with a background supporting challenging clients.
