Position summary Respond to a high volume of calls Greet customers and visitors to the business, create a positive first impression Schedule vehicle repairs, prepare invoices and take payments. Build relationships with customers, suppliers and staff. Liaise with customers regarding maintenance and warranty issues Maintain an up to date customer database Order parts and maintain stock Ensure a safe, clean environment for staff and customers Key competencies Experience within the automotive industry High level of personal presentation Excellent phone manner & customer service skills Good level of computer & administration skills Sales skills would be advantageous Excellent time management and forward planning skills with a high level of discipline and self-motivation About you Confident, happy and easy to get along with Valid driver's licence Mechanical background Computer and mechanical software knowledge Positive mindset to grow the business Passionate for the auto industry and genuine customer service Benefits Full time position Monday to Friday with no weekend work Mechanical workshop with the newest equipment Strong leadership from business owners who genuinely care about their staff and customers Fun and inclusive culture Good hourly rate Uniform supplied All applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
