The Role: Project Manager As a Project Manager – Pharmacy Development at the Scaffidi Group, you’ll support the delivery of pharmacy fit-outs, refurbishments, and new store projects across metro and regional Australia. You'll be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle—from planning through to post-completion. This includes managing contractors, internal stakeholders, budgets, timelines, compliance, and change management—ensuring every store opens on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver multiple pharmacy development and fit-out projects Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers from concept to completion Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets Oversee site works, compliance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation Communicate clearly with stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and meetings Ensure regulatory compliance (pharmacy, building, WHS) across all project stages Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement Support change adoption using structured People Change Management methodologies About You You’re organised, proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments whilst wanting to be part of a business making a difference. Proven experience managing retail, healthcare, construction, or pharmacy-related projects Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and delivery tools Confident managing contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills Experience with change management frameworks is a bonus Proficient in project management software Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction, or Business What’s in It for You?
