We’re looking for a hands-on sales leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, tender success, and strategic market expansion. What you’ll do: • Drive national sales performance to exceed objectives, budgets, and targets. • Lead, coach, and inspire a results-driven new business sales team. • Develop and deliver business development strategies that open doors across sectors and geographies. • Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, presentations, proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities nationwide. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape market-leading value propositions. • Represent Shred-X at industry events, forums, and networking functions to grow brand presence.
