Responsibilities Customer Centricity - Gather and apply customer insights to align technical solutions with business outcomes. Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, sharing feedback and influencing product direction. Support customer skilling and readiness by facilitating technical discussions and best practices. Technical Leadership - Deliver architectural guidance across Azure Data Services, including Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric. Lead design sessions and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate solution value. Collaborate with engineering and partner teams to close capability gaps and accelerate deployments. Business Impact - Drive usage milestones aligned with MCEM stages 4–5. Contribute to pipeline creation and expansion through technical enablement and solution delivery. Maintain operational excellence through rigorous documentation and time tracking. Qualifications Required : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6 years of experience in data architecture, cloud solutions, or consulting. Proficiency in Azure Data Services and modern data platforms. Strong communication and customer engagement skills. Preferred : Certifications such as Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100), Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300), Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600). Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and AI-driven analytics. Familiarity with CAF/WAF, data governance, and security best practices. Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
