The Position Join our People team as a Project and Change Manager supporting key Workforce Transformation initiatives across St John of God Health Care. In this role, you will report to the Chief People Officer and lead the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning through to execution and delivery on strategic workforce projects focused on improving skill mix, workforce planning, and operational flexibility. You’ll also take ownership of change management strategies, working closely with leaders and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are understood, adopted, and sustained across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end project management, including planning, delivery, resource allocation, timelines, and reporting Designing and executing practical change management strategies to support project success Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand needs, secure buy-in, and align solutions with business priorities Managing risks, dependencies, and communications to keep initiatives on track Ensuring change initiatives are delivered with minimal disruption and maximum engagement Using project tools and methodologies effectively, while adapting approaches to suit the environment Driving continuous improvement across project and change delivery We're seeking a strategic, solutions-focused professional with strong skills in both project leadership and change enablement, and a commitment to delivering real outcomes for our caregivers and teams.
