We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with fluency in Arabic to join a leading technology consulting organisation in Dubai. Role Overview: As a Technical Architect, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to translate business requirements into robust, best-practice technical designs, while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. Translate client requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. Develop, configure, and integrate ServiceNow applications and workflows. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance. Drive integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and developers. Oversee platform upgrades, releases, and performance optimisation. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions. Required Skills & Experience: Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English. 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or ITBM. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect, CTA / CMA certification would be advantageous. Strong background in Service Portal development, mobile apps, and integrations. ITIL v4 Foundation certification. Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Desirable: Experience working in the Middle East or on multilingual projects.
