MSS Security is seeking Security Officers to for multiple roles across Guarding and Aviation in Hervey Bay. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property. If you're driven, reliable, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine patrols and on-site inspections to uphold safety standards. Deliver a strong, visible deterrent against theft and antisocial behaviour. Respond rapidly and professionally to security incidents and escalate when needed. Collaborate confidently with team members and site personnel. Maintain accurate reports, logs, and complete basic digital documentation. Requirements Current QLD Security Licence (Unarmed, Monitoring, Crowd Control). Certificate II or above in Security Operations. Cert II in Transport Security Protection Full QLD Driver's Licence (No restrictions). Valid First Aid and CPR certifications (Willing to obtain). Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (Highly Desirable).
