What You Bring A valid A Grade Electrical Licence Proven experience in Manufacturing—especially in FMCG, Pharma, Energy, or Packaging. Hands-on expertise with high-speed packaging machines, conveyors, sensors, and VSDs. A proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and implementing operational improvements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
