Based at Sunshine campus newly established site in the Shire of Melton Opportunity to play a pivotal role in the program development of the Brimbank Melton Children’s Health and Wellbeing Local which enhances health outcomes for families living in the Melton and Brimbank LGA’s. The Opportunity IPC Health have partnered with Western Health and the Royal Children’s Hospital to co-design and lead the Brimbank Melton Children’s Health and Wellbeing Local. The Children’s Local provides a "one-stop-shop" supporting infants, children and families, delivering services like psychology and psychiatry, allied health, paediatricians and family supports. People with lived experience also form an important part of the Children’s Local workforce. The service supports children aged 0-11 who are experiencing developmental, behavioural or emotional challenges, and their families, and focuses on early intervention and developmentally appropriate care. Within this rewarding role as Single Information Systems Lead, you will support the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective, time efficient and collaborative services to families though the effective use of information systems. You will be instrumental in the continuous quality improvement of the information systems within the Children’s Local to support practitioners and families. This opportunity is flexible to consider Part Time or Full Time with a minimum commitment of 0.8FTE (4 days). The role is a Fixed Term (Project) opportunity until June 2026. The role is classified as Social and Community Services Employee Level 6 under the Community Health Centre (Stand Alone Services) Social and Community Service Employees Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022. You will make a difference by Ensuring all work completed aligns with IPC Health’s Service Impact Strategy, Digital Health Strategy and IT Strategy Managing and co-ordinating a broad range of data and information systems to enable meaningful and efficient service delivery via a single system. Leading the strategic design, development, implementation and management of technology solutions that ensure seamless integration across disparate systems to achieve objectives of the Children’s Local. Providing technical leadership in knowledge management, integration architecture and platform management in collaboration with stakeholders to optimise digital products and services. Operationalising strategic plans within the program. Liaising with IPC Health Digital Health Lead and IT and data teams and the Children’s Local staff to enable a successful and seamless move to a bespoke site. Facilitating the connection of multi-disciplinary, multi-agency teams through the implementation and maintenance of ‘knowledge base’ channels in various forms. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen successful uptake and implementation of system change. Leading and/or supporting related work at IPC Health as directed. To succeed you will need: Tertiary qualification in Information or Knowledge Management or equivalent, or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated Knowledge Management and Solutions Development experience including best practice principles and their application. Advanced administrator knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365 suite and SharePoint. Exceptional organisational, planning and project management skills with the ability to prioritise competing business needs within limited time frames. High level interpersonal and administration skills to manage relationships and tasks efficiently while providing support to other team members. Excellent communication skills including the ability to convey complex concepts in layperson’s terms whilst being able to translate operational needs into technical requirements. An enthusiastic, self-motivated person who has the ability to work collaboratively with others and to work autonomously to fulfill team objectives. Highly Regarded: Demonstrated experience working with diverse teams and partners in a dynamic community health environment. Advanced administrate experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate. Knowledge of client record systems (eg: Trakcare/CMI/EMS). Current, valid driver’s licence.
