In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, streamline processes, and deliver smarter, more accessible services to our community. This is a one-year fixed-term contract, with a possibility to extend for 1 year, 38hrs/week Monday–Friday, offering a unique opportunity to lead meaningful change and contribute to impactful projects within a dynamic team Click here for the Position Description Skills And Experiences What you will bring You’ll bring proven experience in building consensus, fostering collaboration, and managing competing priorities to meet deadlines. Skilled in business process analysis, you’re confident with process mapping and modelling techniques to identify and support meaningful improvements. You have a solid background in applying project and change management principles to coordinate small to medium business improvement initiatives. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, translating data and insights into practical solutions. Clear communication is your strength—whether facilitating process mapping sessions, presenting recommendations, or preparing concise reports and documentation. Highly organised, you work independently while contributing to and supporting collaborative team efforts. Experience with data-driven improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma, or prior work in a similar role within Local Government, will be highly regarded.
