We’re seeking a Master Data Architect with experience with data integration and master data management to play a critical role in managing and enhancing our enterprise Master and Reference Data framework and platform. This role involves leading a team, driving adoption of Master and Reference Data practices, and contributing to the overall Enterprise Data Management Strategy across GHD. In this dynamic role you will: Reporting to the Data Management Office Leader, you will manage a Master and Reference Data team, responsible for the development and implementation of an enterprise Master Data framework and platform. Be regarded as a GHD expert for Master and Reference Data enablement. Contribute to the overall Enterprise Data Management Strategy as well as its implementation across GHD. Lead a team to work across GHD to establish, deliver, uplift and train the business on Enterprise Master and Reference Data procedures and processes to increase enterprise data literacy. Work across multiple business groups, building and maintaining strong relationships. Can support a diverse set of stakeholder groups to effectively manage their Master Data requirements, issues and incidents, contribute to the identification and remediation of business unit and enterprise level issues, together with implementing the frameworks to ensure sustainability. Serve as the central point for enterprise Master and Reference Data across GHD. Engage across the business with stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of Enterprise Master and Reference Data Frameworks and Data Management Platform. Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure their buy in and involvement is obtained at key points to support decisions, roll out, training and sustainability of Master Data management in their Business Unit across the data domains. Manage the end-to-end Master and Reference Data framework, ensuring the establishment of a Master & Ref data architecture model for the business to solve their data interoperability challenges. What you will bring to the team: Extensive knowledge of Master and Reference Data methodology, technology, and platforms. Proven experience in Data Management, can effectively communicate and tell a story through your experience, insights and have a natural ability to influence key stakeholders in a complex organisation. Develop and implement Master and Reference Data management strategies and policies to ensure data integrity across systems. Collaborate with business units to align MDM practices with business needs. Oversee data integration, data cleansing, and data migration projects. Provide training and support to data stewards and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Degree in Technology, Information Systems, data management or related field 8 years of data quality experience in a large and/or global professional services organization. Experience of leading a team of Master and Reference Data SMEs. Strong Experience in the use of Master and Reference Data tooling, Informatica, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, data warehouse, data Lakehouse Have experience of working on the Cloud with providers such as GCP, MS Azure and AWS.
