About the role We are seeking a casual Swimming Instructor to interact and teach water safety and swimming strokes to children and adults ensuring that they are aware of technique, skill level and progress. You must maintain order, control, and ensure appropriate behaviour of class participants with particular attention to safety. Applicants must be prepared to work in an environment of high-level customer service satisfaction. About you To succeed in this role, you will have: A current AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certification or equivalent qualification A current Apply First Aid certification A current Department of Human Services Child Related Employment Screening clearance A current Safe Environments for Children and Young People Through their eyes or equivalent recognized certificate Be available to work a minimum of two to three shifts a week inclusive of one weekend shift.
