About the Opportunity We are actively seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our team working across Monday to Friday on a permanent full-time basis at our lovely Cunningham Villas home located in Bowen Reporting to our General Manager you will be responsible for ensuring consistently a high quality of care is provided to our residents, to facilitate and support their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability. As the Clinical Manager, your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, AN-ACC and resident care. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all resident Knowledge of the aged care sector, standards Sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement. Developing, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plans Performing comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidents Participating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and procedures.
