What you will be doing? Be the first point of contact through inbound calls and emails or customer enquiries. Provide accurate information in a timely and compliant manner. Utilising Microsoft Suite and CRM systems to log data entry and communication with internal & external stakeholders. Accurately record customer information into the database. Monitor and manage released, shipped, and order statuses. Work collaboratively with Account Managers to regularly review forward orders & update delivery schedules. Maintain knowledge of product and service policies & pricings. What do you bring? Prior experience in a customer service, account management, or data entry is preferred. Prior experience working within the manufacturing/building product industries highly desirable. Proficient at utilising Microsoft Office Suite & CRM systems. Ability to self-organise and multitask. Thrives and can effectively communicate in a collaborative work environment. Personal and professional verbal and written communication skills.
