Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Collaborate with the Principal to shape and implement the school's vision, ensuring alignment with Catholic teachings and the mission of Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL). • Lead initiatives that promote continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and community engagement. Educational Leadership • Oversee curriculum development and the implementation of innovative teaching practices. • Support staff professional development and foster a culture of reflective practice. • Monitor student academic progress and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes. Community and Pastoral Care • Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students. • Engage with families and the wider community to build strong partnerships. • Lead wellbeing programs and support services that cater to the diverse needs of students. Operational Management • Assist in the day-to-day management of the school, including staffing, timetabling, and resource allocation. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and CES Ltd policies. • Act as Acting Principal in the Principal's absence, maintaining continuity of leadership.
