You’ll champion innovation in aged care delivery, drive continuous improvement, and ensure sustainability in a rapidly evolving sector. while fostering a compassionate, person-centred care culture. You’ll lead a close-knit team across clinical care, governance, education, and operations, all within a collaborative management structure. Your core responsibilities will include: Ensuring financial sustainability and strong governance Experience with profit/loss and financial reporting Managing stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and community relationships Supporting a culture of respect, empowerment, and professional growth Leading a multidisciplinary team Driving continuous improvement and innovation in aged care delivery What You’ll Bring Proven senior management experience in aged care or health Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Health, Nursing, Business, Finance) Strong financial sustainability initiatives and strategic planning capabilities Deep understanding of aged care legislation and the new Strengthened Aged Care Standards High-level IT literacy and risk management expertise Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Leadership in workforce planning and building a positive team culture Experience supporting Board operations and strategic governance Ready to Make a Difference?
