Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest level of service and overall guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Monitor and maintain the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies - Develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's profitability and efficiency - Maintain a high level of customer service by interacting with guests and addressing any concerns or complaints - Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure adequate stock levels - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and events - Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure all employees are up-to-date on company policies and procedures - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including overseeing cleaning and maintenance tasks - Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for menu changes and improvements to the overall dining experience Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant management position - Diploma of Hospitality Management at least. - Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving financial targets - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control - Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software - Food safety certification is preferred Salary Package: $75000 -$85000 Plus Superannuation per annum.
