Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records and HR systems Coordinate recruitment: advertise roles, schedule interviews, liaise with candidates Draft position descriptions and employment contracts Support onboarding and orientation for new starters Assist payroll prep by ensuring accurate data Partner with the HR Manager on documentation, letters, and reporting Ideal Candidate Exceptional admin skills and an eagle eye for detail HR or Employment Services sector experience Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information Positive, team-focused attitude with a love for onsite collaboration Rostering/coordinator experience Bonus Experience in SCHADS/NFP sector is highly valued Sound like you?
