This rewarding role involves a combination of general classroom support and 1:1 work with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) , helping to create an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs Assist class teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) Support classroom behaviour and promote positive learning outcomes Collaborate with the school's SENCo and wider support team Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children with SEN (in school, care, or youth settings) Calm, patient, and empathetic approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills A team player with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one Why ANZUK Education?
