Their local team is delivering large-scale wind, solar, storage, and transmission projects across multiple NEM jurisdictions — backed by significant investment and global energy market expertise. With a strong commercial and development engine in place, they are seeking a legal counsel to join their in-house legal function and support project execution, contracts, and commercial transactions across the project lifecycle. The Role This is a front-end legal role supporting the commercial delivery of major renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Australia. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will provide legal support across project development, procurement, contracting, and execution. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on project documents including EPC and O&M agreements, grid connection and access contracts, PPAs, and landholder arrangements. The role will also involve negotiation with external counterparties, regulatory engagement, and support for joint development arrangements. This is a highly commercial legal role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, project awareness, and the ability to operate across both legal and commercial strategy.
