A strong background: Proven experience supervising large-scale industrial projects, with a focus on demolition, decommissioning, or remediation. Safety first: A deep understanding of safety regulations and on-site best practices. Leadership skills: The ability to effectively lead, motivate, and manage a team to get the job done right. The right credentials: All relevant certifications and licenses. A Day in the Life You'll be the person in charge on-site, overseeing all operations and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. You'll coordinate teams, manage equipment, and work closely with subcontractors. This role is about more than just supervision; it's about problem-solving, conducting risk assessments, and keeping a close eye on project progress to ensure everything runs smoothly.
