About the Role: As a Property Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the grounds, facilities, and activity areas of CRU Lake Mac. Working closely with the Property team, you’ll help ensure the site is safe, clean, and ready to support CRU’s ministry programs and guest groups. Key Responsibilities: Groundskeeping: mowing, edging, gardening, and bushland maintenance General maintenance of buildings, facilities, and activity equipment Cleaning and preparation of camp areas for guests and programs Assisting with operational tasks across the site as needed Supporting the Site Director and other team members with various duties Essential Criteria: A mature Christian faith and active involvement in a local church Agreement with CRU’s Basis of Belief and commitment to Christian ministry Practical experience in property maintenance and groundskeeping Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Current driver’s licence Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks safely Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude How to Apply: Download the full position description Complete the online application and upload your CV and cover letter.
