About You You’re someone who truly cares—empathetic, resilient, and deeply committed to making a difference. You hold a Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physio and you’re registered with ASORC, AHPRA, AASW or ESSA. The Role As a Rehab Consultant, you’ll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce. What You’ll Be Doing · Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions. · Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference. · Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration. · Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
