Job Title: Sales Administrator Location: Brisbane Employment Type: Full-time The job The Sales Administrator position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Asia Pacific Sales team and customer base as part of a small administration team. The position is also responsible for our global CostX Educational program. Key responsibilities Manage the global CostX Educational program through correspondence with Universities and students, issuance of educational licences and extensions annually, and working with the marketing team to grow and improve the program. Issuance and administration of commercial licences within the APAC region, and assisting with customer licence-related queries. Provide administrative support to the APAC sales team by preparing quotes, updating customer records in the CRM, and liaising with customers and other internal teams. Undertake sales enablement tasks such as sending monthly pre-renewal emails, responding to incoming sales enquiries, and completing accounts receivable follow ups.
