The Role As a Floor Supervisor , you are the face of Surfers Pavilion, leading the front-of-house team in our iconic waterfront venue. Working closely with the Venue Manager , you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure seamless service, and drive a team culture that values excellence, teamwork, and fun. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Be hands-on and operational , ensuring smooth service and efficiency during peak periods. Develop and upskill team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and product knowledge. Maintain and enhance guest experiences , ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service.
