You’ll serve as a trusted expert in Mirvac’s Design Guidelines, helping to uphold quality and consistency across our projects. Your responsibilities will include: Prepare, compile and send correspondence to customers. Manage and respond to customer and builder queries. Assist with Design and Covenants administration requirements. Assisting in reducing the number of design re-submissions. Manage or undertake covenant bond inspections and refunds. Work with the Landscaping team and customers to manage Fencing and Landscaping. Conducting a regular site drive together with the Design & Covenants team to ensure the project compliance and presentation. Assist with enhancing the customer experience. Assist the team and business with customer related matters as directed by manager. Open communication and high level of support with managers, customer and team members. Maintains a positive and upbeat communication style. Contributes in design and customer related workshops and meetings. Your point of difference You have a tertiary education in Architecture, Property or similar with 1 or 2 years’ experience in a customer relations role where you displayed the ability to problem solve and engage with diverse clients, contractors and internal stakeholders across different teams. You will also have: A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle, as this role requires visits to our Masterplanned Community project sites Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (essential); experience with drafting software and Salesforce is highly regarded Drafting experience, particularly with residential housing plans The ability to read and interpret architectural plans with accuracy Residential Property Industry knowledge Worked with residential housing plans Land project experience Developing negotiation skills Innovative and persuasive Clear communicator Apply now!
