About the role: Our Early Learning Centre is located on the grounds of St Brendan’s Catholic Primary School. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator’s to join our team who excels in understanding the needs of children and are dedicated to creating a warm, caring and safe environment. Our centre is open from Monday to Friday, during school terms. This is a full-time permanent role. Location: Lake Munmorah NSW Classification: Full time - 12 month maternity leave contract Award level: CSA 4.3 Above award rate paid school holiday leave Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 7:45am-3:21pm. The Early Childhood Educator is responsible for Assisting in implementing and evaluating programs for children aged 3– 5 years in an Early Learning Centre Working with the Director in ensuring compliance with relevant law, regulations and National Quality Framework Providing a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment for children Building strong and effective relationships with children and their families Ability to form collaborative and positive relationship with colleagues Requirements Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Have a current Working with Children Clearance Completed CHCPRT025 ‘Identify and report children and young people at risk’ Experience working in Children Services, particularly with children aged 3-5 Completed or willing to complete Safe Food Handling training Have or will complete before starting a First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate What sets us apart?
