Electronic Security Installation Technician Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 Super EBA rates Fully Serviced Vehicle Phone Office Location: Logan City We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electronic Security Installation Technician to join a growing team working on high-profile retail and commercial projects across East coast of Australia. The Role: As an Installation Technician, you'll be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and servicing of electronic security systems. This includes access control, intruder alarms, and CCTV systems. You'll work closely with project managers and clients to ensure seamless delivery of tailored security solutions. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission security systems in line with project specifications (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms) Perform system updates, troubleshooting, and repairs Provide basic training to end-users Collaborate with project managers and meet installation timelines Conduct routine maintenance and ensure system reliability Keep documentation up to date for all works completed Work flexible hours including regular night shifts (Mon–Thurs), with long weekends Travel throughout NSW as required What You’ll Need: Open Cabling Registration (structured cabling minimum) Security Licence (Class 2C) Valid driver’s licence White Card EWP ticket Proven experience installing and maintaining electronic security systems Solid understanding of electronic components and wiring Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team Full working rights in Australia Bonus Points For Experience With: Integriti or Tecom access control/intruder systems CCTV platforms What’s On Offer: Salary package between $85K–$100K, based on experience Fully maintained company vehicle and phone Time in lieu of paid overtime - EBA applies Ongoing training on the latest technologies Supportive team culture with room to grow professionally If you’re passionate about electronic security and looking for your next step in a thriving industry, we’d love to hear from you.
