Role Summary: Full-time 12-month Traineeship - Certificate 3 Information Technology 38hrs per Week S.C.H.A.D.S. In this role you will be providing essential assistance in business operations and ICT support for our organisation. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Provide ICT assistance to the Corporate Team as required Assist in maintaining a schedule of I.C.T. Lifespan and Licences, reporting on upcoming replacements, renewals and upgrade opportunities Assist with gathering information on best providers for communication software, mobile devices, internet, telephone and data providers Gather information as directed to assist in developing technological solutions that satisfy Organisational needs. Participate in general I.C.T. based administration tasks as directed Provide support and assistance to Tech Support as required. What’s on offer?
