Seeking a capable and hands-on Contract Administrator who has already run with 1–2 projects and is ready for their next challenge. What's on offer: This position will have you utilising estimating and contracting skills within the team to deliver a project that is a Class 2, luxury apartment valued at $35 million, with the next projects ranging from $30 to $200 million. Builder developer with boutique class 2 luxury projects in Prime Eastern Suburbs location valued at $10M & $20M. Location: Eastern Suburbs Salary range: $160,000 - $180,000 Package which is dependent of experience and value you can bring. What We’re Looking For 1–2 projects delivered end-to-end as CA. Strong procurement experience from tendering to letting and variations. Take projects full cycle CC, DA and OC. Comfortable being based on-site. Bluebeam experience is a bonus. Genuine team player who wants to grow with a business and stay long term.
