Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant Ruyton Early Learning community. This is a 0.8 FTE, ongoing position, working 11.30am–6.00pm, with a benchmarked annual salary of $80,000 (pro rata). In this role, you will work within the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) to create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. You will collaborate with the Teacher and the Director of Early Learning to design and deliver engaging programs, support children’s development through observations and documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As a key member of the Extended Day Program, you will bring creativity, organisation, and warmth to every interaction.
