We're seeking a proactive Administration officer to join our dynamic and fast paced Submissions team . Your attention to detail and communication skills will support internal teams and maintain the high standards we’re known for. Your role: Review Quotes, Estimates and Assessment Reports for accuracy, formatting, and grammar. Submit documents to insurers within required timeframes. Liaising with Building Supervisors and internal teams to amend or finalise documents. Managing updates across internal and client systems to ensure alignment with KPIs. Communicate with other team members to solve problems. Provide feedback to Estimator/Supervisors when errors to improve document quality.
