Senior Project Manager Shape the future of boutique commercial delivery across Sydney. We’re partnering with a well-established builder known for delivering architecturally-led commercial and hospitality projects across Sydney’s urban landscape. With deep experience in adaptive reuse , heavy refurbishment , and complex fit-out work. With a clear three-year business plan in place — and a strategic eye toward growth beyond — they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager who brings both delivery excellence and a forward-thinking mindset. The Opportunity This is a pivotal leadership role suited to a Senior PM who wants more than just project delivery. With a clear business plan in place and Senior Leaders who share a common goal this tier 3 builder are looking to appoint a Senior PM who has the ability, appetite and capability to help drive change and implement strategies to achieve the 3 year business plan. (Systems, Mentoring, Talent Management, Client Management etc) Your remit will include: Leading the full project lifecycle across commercial fit-out, adaptive reuse, and refurbishment projects up to $20m Overseeing and mentoring a project team of CAs, and site staff Driving commercial, time, and quality outcomes from tender through to handover. Work with Estimators and pre con team. Championing project systems, stakeholder relationships, and team performance Influencing delivery methodology and project strategy at a senior level (Still a hands on SPM role) About You A strong track record in complex refurbishment and commercial builds, ideally with exposure to adaptive reuse and occupied sites. 8–10 years of experience in project management with a commercial or fit-out contractor Commercial acumen and programming confidence, with a deep understanding of project contracts Capable of leading teams across multiple sites or high-value programs Passionate about design outcomes and building enduring client relationships Why This Role?
