Our client is seeking a Finance & Commercial Manager to take charge of finance operations and bring commercial insight to every project. Reporting to the GM, you’ll oversee the full finance function, guide a small team, and support business decisions with accurate, timely analysis. What you’ll do Oversee financial reporting, budgets, and forecasting. Manage cashflow, variance analysis, and compliance (BAS, FBT, audit). Provide costing and tender support, monitor overheads, and manage supplier accounts. Lead payroll and HR administration processes. Mentor finance/admin staff and improve systems (QuickBooks/Xero). What you’ll bring Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA/CPA desirable). 5 years in financial management or controller roles. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. Experience with job costing, stock management, and operational support. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. QuickBooks or Xero proficiency; advanced Excel skills.
