JP Recruitment has several opportunities for Factory Hands for a well-established manufacturing client based in Wangara. This client manufactures plastic products in a modern workshop and have a nice culture and nice management. These roles are all immediate starts and are ongoing, intended to become permanent. We are seeking entry level or experienced candidates for these roles. Day shift times are 6AM to 2PM, Monday to Friday. Remuneration is $31.20/hr penalties, with weekly pay. Production Assistant duties consist of: measuring and weighing powders for molding using scales Remove, prepare, change and clean molds manual handling tasks such as moving molds within factory premises. Using basic hand or power tools to complete tasks Assist in operating the molding machine general duties, maintenance and housekeeping Working in teams and assisting with all production processes, you will need to able to learn new things, work with others in a team and a proactive approach to work. The role will see you on your feet all day and it is expected that you will know how to use basic hand and power tools. We are looking for reliable candidates who can be at work on time every day and who can show a genuine desire to learn and grow, for the long term.
