We’re looking for an exceptional Content Operations Lead to help steer the success of one of our biggest clients: Bunnings. If you’re a workflow wizard who thrives on bringing order that supports our creatives – and knows how to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball – this is your opportunity to shine in a pivotal role at the heart of our content engine. As the Creative Operations Lead , working across the Bunnings account, you’ll be responsible for ensuring content production flows efficiently and collaboratively from concept through to delivery. You’ll work closely with editors, designers, producers and the client to make sure deadlines are met, feedback loops are streamlined, and team capacity is optimised. This role suits someone who loves a deadline, understands how content teams tick, and can confidently keep all the plates spinning – while spotting ways to make things run even better. Responsibilities Overseeing end-to-end content operations for the Bunnings account across print and digital, across both baseline deliverables and significant ad hoc projects Creating and maintaining project timelines, schedules and trackers Working with editors and client stakeholders to manage workflow and prioritise feedback Coordinating team capacity to balance ongoing production with ad hoc content demands Ensuring smooth delivery across multiple content products, from magazines to digital articles Leading weekly WIP meetings and capturing actions, dependencies and delivery risks Supporting a culture of operational excellence – anticipating roadblocks and proposing smart solutions Who are you?
